Shipping policy

Order preparation

We process each order placed on http://cupkeeper.pl individually after full payment and agreement with the buyer. The order will be shipped within 1-2 business days on average.

Payments

For your shopping convenience, we accept all major debit and credit cards from customers throughout the EU, and we also accept SEPA invoice payments.  We accept payments in Euros, and you can also pay directly on the website in the currency of the country where you are located. If we agree on a refund, you will receive it within 1-3 business days.

Delivery within Germany: 

2 to 4 days 

Shipping cost within Germany 

- for orders up to 50 euros - 4,99 euros 

- for orders over 50 euros - free of charge 

Delivery within the EU 

from 2 to 8 days 

Cost of delivery within the EU  

- for orders up to 50 euros - 13,99 euros 

- for orders from €50 to €99 - €7.99 

- for orders over 99 euros - free of charge 

Taxes and duties

Please note that there is a possibility of having to pay customs duties and/or import taxes during delivery.

Guarantees

We are fully responsible for our products and their delivery. If any damage occurs during delivery or the shipment is lost, we will send you a new product at no additional cost. Therefore, there is no reason to worry.

 

Returns of goods

We accept returns and exchanges. If your order is in proper condition, but you still want to return it, the delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

If you wish to return the product due to damage, we will send you a new product at no additional cost.

Contact us after you receive your order. You can return the product within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

We do not accept cancellations of product orders. Returns and exchanges of individual orders are discussed individually.
